So soups is whats up... Sorry it took so long for me to post this but I was a little wary about doing so. But with being prompted by C. I have decided to share it and altar it the way I wanted to make it... So here it goes.
Pork Ball Soup with Rice Noodles

Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground pork
4 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
salt
pepper
garlic powder
6 cups chicken broth
small bag of rice noodles (found in oriental markets)
Extra:
1 green onion
cilantro
Directions:
1. Mix first eight ingredients into a bowl until mixed well.
2. Form into small ball. Place them on a cookie sheet to bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
3. Pour chicken broth in medium to large pot. Bring to a boil.
4. While meatballs are baking soak rice noodles in hot water until they become soft enough to pull apart. Drain and set aside until pork balls are finish cooking.
5. After 20 minutes or when pork balls are done place half of the rice noodles in to pot let boil for a few minutes.
6. Place soup and noodles in bowl topped with pork balls extra cilantro and green onions.
